Is there really a free trial?
Yes 30 days, full access to every feature on your selected plan. No credit card required to start. You only pay when you decide to continue after the trial.
How does per-vessel pricing work?
Each plan covers a maximum number of active vessels. If you need more vessels, you move to the next tier or contact us for a custom Fleet or Enterprise arrangement.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is INR billing available?
Yes we accept INR payments via Razorpay. GST invoice is provided. USD prices are shown for international reference. The INR amount is fixed in our plans.
What's the BOG Guarantee feature?
BOG (Boil-Off Gas) Guarantee is our exclusive feature that calculates Natural Boil-Off (NBO), forced vaporisation and GCU allowances per voyage enabling energy operators to recover entitled amounts from charterers. It's not available on any other platform.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain full access to export all your voyage data, reports and compliance history before cancellation. We provide a full CSV and XML data export on request. Your data is never deleted for 90 days after cancellation.
